Swallow is our only one-bedroomed cottage – designed for two people, although suitable for a travel cot in the main room to accommodate a baby/small child.
Kittiwake Cottage – Sleeps 6
One of six cottages forming the sunny Stable Courtyard and approached through the original stable archway. These cottages have been imaginatively converted from the old stables; Kittiwake has an attractive split level kitchen/dining room which overlooks an open plan lounge area below.
Woodlark Cottage – Sleeps 5

These cottages have been imaginatively converted from the old stables; Woodlark has the advantage of a front stable door opening onto the courtyard plus a French Window opening onto its own private garden at the rear with Swedish hot tub to enjoy all year round!
Sandpiper Cottage – Sleeps 6

Cormorant Cottage – Sleeps 6
One of three cottages in the Well Courtyard, once part of the original stable block. The cottage is all on one level and opens onto a small secluded and safe courtyard at the front; a large patio door opens from the dining room onto a private garden with hot tub which is a welcome addition all year round!
Round House – Sleeps 4 (+1)
Our most quaint and charming property, with its unusual shaped windows and exposed low beams, was once the Gate Keeper’s Lodge. Roundhouse is detached and although still very close to the indoor pool and other amenities, is a slight distance away from the other cottages, offering its guests more privacy.
Seagull Cottage – Sleeps 5
Converted from an old cob barn, Seagull features walls over two feet thick! Tastefully renovated in a contemporary style, Seagull comprises an open plan ground floor with lounge/dining area and fully fitted ‘Shaker’ style luxury kitchen with dishwasher.
Fulmar Cottage – Sleeps 4
Converted from an old cob barn, Fulmar features walls over two feet thick! Fulmar has been tastefully renovated recently in a contemporary style, and on the ground floor, comprises an open plan lounge and fully fitted luxury ‘Shaker’ style kitchen including dishwasher and a dining area.
