Swallow is our only one-bedroomed cottage – designed for two people, although suitable for a travel cot in the main room to accommodate a baby/small child.

Once the Housekeeper’s cottage this property now fully renovated to a high standard, adjoins the Manor House and its South facing aspect catches lots of sunshine. House Cottage is fully centrally heated and provides spacious and cosy accommodation for a family of five.
Grebe cottage has been converted from one of the old cob walled barns of the estate. The cottage design is ‘upside down’ with the entrance and living accommodation on the first floor, and bedrooms/bathrooms downstairs.
Our largest cottage and suitable for six adults, Heron has just been refurbished to a high standard. Heron comprises a large open plan room with spacious lounge, ‘Shaker’ style kitchen and dining area.
Elegant and spacious, this large, well-appointed and self-contained Apartment is in the West wing of the Manor House.
Dunlin cottage has been converted from one of the old cob walled barns of the estate. The cottage design is ‘upside down’ with the entrance and living accommodation on the first floor, and bedrooms/bathrooms downstairs.
Our most quaint and charming property, with its unusual shaped windows and exposed low beams, was once the Gate Keeper’s Lodge. Roundhouse is detached and although still very close to the indoor pool and other amenities, is a slight distance away from the other cottages, offering its guests more privacy.

Broomhill Manor has been completely refurbished and upgraded to combine fresh, contemporary styling with quality and comfort – all equipped to a high standard and with Visit England 4 Star Gold accreditation.
The cottages are arranged in small courtyards to provide a village-like atmosphere, which being free of vehicles, is a safe and tranquil environment for you and your family. There are 17 cottages, many with original features, which vary in size from a cosy one bedroom cottage with wood burning stove and en-suite bathroom for two people, to a selection of three bedroomed cottages, sleeping six ; in addition to the cottages, there is also an apartment within the Manor House itself, sleeping six people and with two bathrooms. Some cottages also have private gardens with hot-tubs; the enclosed gardens make these cottages particularly suitable for families with toddlers or dogs.
The cost of your holiday also includes use of the onsite facilities, including heated swimming pools (outdoor pool available from end of May to September), gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, snooker table, games room, play room, laundry, tennis court, sand pit, play areas, ornamental gardens, and unlimited baby/toddler equipment.
Additional services are available should you wish to purchase them, including horse riding, beauty treatments, baby-sitting, home-cooked food and a selection of drinks in our licenced bar.
