COTTAGES

 

ARRIVAL

We make every effort to ensure that your cottage is clean and tidy and ready for your arrival. If there is anything wrong please do tell us straight away by texting Philip 0780 893 6116 as we would like the opportunity to put it right. Simon, our full-time maintenance man is here during the week, so if anything breaks or stops working please tell us so that we can fix it as quickly as possible.

RUBBISH & RECYCLING

Both the General Waste and Dry-Recycling bins are situated in the Arch car park (by the arch into the main courtyard).

The General Waste bins take plastic bin liners with food waste and non-recycling.  It also takes ALL GLASS, which is re-cycled at the depot.

The Dry-Recycling bin takes tin, aluminium and all clean metal containers, recyclable plastics, cardboard & paper BUT NO GLASS OR PLASTIC BAGS.

Each cottage  contains a bin with bin liner for General Waste and a container for all dry-recyclable items.  Please separate out your waste accordingly and deposit in the main bins before departure.

BREAKAGES
If you have any breakages please let us know so that we can replace the damaged item.

DEPARTURES
Please ensure that the cottage is left clean and tidy.

It is crucial for our Housekeeping staff that they are able to access the cottages for cleaning at 10am so please vacate the cottage by that time.

LOST PROPERTY
Should you mislay anything around the grounds during your stay, it will be held at the Manor. Please ask at Reception.

Please check your cottage thoroughly before departure.

Property left behind when you vacate your cottage will be held in our store. Unfortunately space constraints mean that we can only hold on to your lost property for one month following your
stay, after which it will be taken to local charity shops.

We are very happy to return items left at Broomhill Manor. Please book a parcel collection at https://www.royalmail.com/collection. We can package the items up and leave them in reception awaiting the collection that you have booked.
