Launchells Church Fayre

Launcells Craft Fayre begins today, Monday 15th September and runs all week till Saturday.

Launcells Church is in the rural hamlet of Launcells, 3 miles from Broomhill Manor.  It was first mentioned about 1200 – initially dedicated to St. Andrew and then rededicated to St. Swithin in 1321. The church was reconstructed in the 15th Century and much of the 15th Century construction still survives.  Launcells Church hosts a craft Fayre each year and is a great opportunity to see the wonderful carvings and stain glass as well as to sample a range of homemade food and cakes!

The Fayre is open from 10am till 5pm each day with arts and crafts from local artists and refreshments are served all day.
