Directions to Broomhill Manor
Please note that the Broomhill address post code will take you to the wrong place!!
For SAT NAVS, use code EX23 9AX and approach from the A39 end (not Poughill Road)
For What3Words fans, the exact location of our drive entrance is here where you will see the main Broomhill Manor sign.
FROM THE NORTH
If you are coming from the North or the Midlands the best route to use is the M5 to Exeter J31.
FROM THE SOUTH
If you are coming from London or the South you can take the M4 to Bristol and then the M5 to Exeter OR you can take the A30 or A303 to Exeter. If you come this way, filter onto the last section of the M5 just before Exeter (junction 29) to avoid the city.
From Junction 31 of the M5 take the A30 to Okehampton.
Do not take the turn off for Okehampton, stay on the A30, by-passing Okehampton and leave the A30 at Sourton Cross and follow the signs to Holsworthy and Bude on the A3079 and then the A3072.
About a mile before Bude you will go through Stratton. As you leave Stratton you will pass the hospital on your left and go up a hill at the top of which is a stagger crossroads junction with the A39. Turn right onto the A39 towards Bideford, after only about 100 yards take the left turning into Stamford Hill (signed to Poughill). After another 30 yards only take the first turning on the left in front of a white cottage – the turning is only small. This is Poundfield.
Go down the hill and you should now see our drive and signs just a few yards down on the right.
Have a safe journey!
