“Just a quick email to thank you and your staff for making our holiday absolutely superb. As you know this was our first time back to Broomhill for a few years after spending our entire childhood here, and I must admit I was slightly concerned it would not live up to my high expectations. But I must say it certainly did! I was so happy (and relieved) to see that despite the obvious improvements you’ve made to the place, the original charm of the place still exists ……… My son had an absolutely wonderful first holiday and we are already planning on coming back next year!”

“Thank you for this excellent accommodation which allowed us to stay in close proximity to our children, their spouses and our four grandchildren. We all had an excellent time and were able to make good use of the facilities.”

“A fantastic week in Swallow with our family in Woodlark and Sandpiper. The cottages are well furnished and maintained and we received a great welcome. Swallow was just what we needed, compact and cosy! We rented bikes from Bude Bike Hire and explored the local area; there’s easy access on the lanes to Bude. The weather was fantastic – wall to wall sun and warm. Our grandchildren loved the horses and Bethany helped in the stables and on the rides. We last visited Broomhill in 1986, now we plan a return visit ASAP! PS: We were impressed with the quality of the tennis equipment and all the facilities”

“What a wonderful Christmas we have had! A delight to find the cottage in a festive way with a Christmas tree erected (we normally have to bring our own, this year it stayed in the bag). Sharing Christmas with family in Heron and Cormorant, we had the perfect set-up – a Jacuzzi (hot tub) and enough room for 13 at Christmas dinner. Very impressed with the facilities and the obviously on-going maintenance of the Cottages. We will most definitely be back.”

“Perfect family birthday venue! Charlotte my daughter, was 30 on the 21st March and 17 members of the family and friends, descended on Broomhill Manor to celebrate. The welcome was fantastic and the facilities top notch. Thank you so much for all you did, especially the use of the bar for the birthday celebration. All unforgettable!”

“Another great holiday at Broomhill which is ideal the two of us, but has something for Dad as well. (Dunlin is an ideal cottage with its ensuite bathrooms so we don’t disturb each other at night.) We like to go walking (the coastal path has stunning views) while Dad can “potter” in the lovely grounds, have a massage or take a stroll to the local pub at lunch time. There are things we can do together also, such as swimming in the heated indoor pool and playing snooker in the bar. And then out for a slap up meal – would recommend Life’s A Beach at Summerleaze beach. We shall return!”

The Taylor family stayed in Dunlin, May 2014

“Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay at Broomhill Manor. The grounds and cottages are absolutely gorgeous and the facilities are really modern and excellent for families. The town of Bude is very charming and the location of Broomhill Manor is great for being close to a lot of beaches. I have told my friends and family to choose Broomhill Manor and North Cornwall/ Bude for any future holidays!”

Friends Rachel and Charlotte stayed in Dunlin, March 2014

“I had a lovely time at Sandpiper and really liked going to the beach, swimming in the pool and riding on horsy. I really like the garden and going in the hot tub and I love having BBQ’s”

Anna (age 7) and family stayed in Sandpiper, August 2013

“We have had an absolutely fantastic week here!!! The place is so comfortable with amazing attention to detail – we were short of nothing. The children loved the activities that were so readily available to them, and so did the adults!
Broomhill is perfectly situated. We have spent most days on the beach and visited Crackington Haven for an impressive walk, Boscastle and Tintagel. There is so much more to do and we fully intend to return and pick up where we left off. Thank you so much Linda and Alan”
